Chain of Command - Line of authority. Different jobs and responsibilites are passed down between these ranks.  Disputes and issues are worked up through this chain.

Guild Leader - Maintain Ventrilo. Maintain Website. Handle disputes not taken care of at a lower level.

Generals - Work to maintain the guild. Work on scheduling, raid makeup, raid leading, guild audits.  Handle issues and complaints from lower levels.  Raid General is in charge of the raid side.  Ops General is in charge of Guild Operations.

Major - Enforcers.  Keeps raid focused and on task.  Issues and complaints escalated from Captains are worked here, or escalated to a General if necessary.  Also work on recruitment and applications.

Captain - Responsible for a group of indivials. Ensures these people are available for raids.  All questions and issues are talked with these individuals first.
